Privacy

When you submit a sponsorship inquiry, the Josh Level Classic collects the name, email address, organization, partnership interest, message, and consent you provide. The team uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your potential involvement.

Inquiries are stored privately in the website’s WordPress system and a notification is sent to the designated sponsorship inbox. Access is restricted to website administrators. Inquiry information is not added to a mailing list automatically.

For abuse prevention, the site uses a temporary, hashed network-address identifier to limit repeated submissions. The identifier expires after 30 minutes.

Donations take place through the linked foundation or donation service. This website does not collect or store payment-card details. The service you choose has its own privacy terms.

Archive videos are loaded from YouTube only after you choose to play them. External websites and video services may process information under their own policies.

To ask about information submitted through this site, contact the Josh Level Classic team through the SmileForJosh Foundation website.
